IFSEA's Certified Food Manager (CFM)
$399.00

When CMS (Medicare) established the requirement that the FSD of a nursing home or long-term care facility had to be certified, they specifically mentioned as one of only 2, “IFSEA’s CFM.” So, we’ve certified 2700 as of Feb 2026, one a day now. CFM covers the standard knowledge needed like food safety, HACCP, nutrition, customer service, management, costs, but with an emphasis on caring for old, sick, immune deficient residents. The test picks 80 questions from a databank of 100. Half the people fail the first time, we send a note suggesting mostly that they need to actually study, and 99% pass on the 2nd try. Easy but you need to know the cooking temp for chicken (duh) and some is OUR training like when you should ask the guest if their food is good.

It's Not Where You Start It's Where You Finish Legacy Book'
$19.00

I’ve had a very interesting, multi-faceted life, so strangers often say, “You should write a book!” So, when I took day 1 of a Tony Robbins Ai training, I was told to get CHATGPT, which asked me what I wanted to do, so I said, write my life story. A week later we had it written, with the purpose being not how great am I, but how can we tell the story so the reader says, “I can do that too!” Bottom of the class in high school to Ivy League and Master’s degrees. Bottom rank in the Navy to Lt Commander (Major in the Army). Volunteer to 2nd ever President Emeritus of a group founded in 1901. So, no one special, just used one experience to plug into the next, like YOU can do. GREAT birthday, graduation, joining the military gift - supports charity and shows them how to go from where they are to where they aspire to be.
Note that $10 from this sale will be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.GR
