This for sure jumps off your resume in the corporate scanner - at least good enough to get you in the door if that’s the open job, but also get the top job. I tell Chefs to get this one so YOU can be the F&B and sit in the office - smile. Students call this the “Holy Crap” test - 150 questions with about 30 involving simple foodservice math - food cost, inventory turnover, etc. And all other aspects of running the place incl. food safety, HACCP, customer service, etc. With 20 years in the business myself, I think this teaches/reminds you of just about everything you need to know to ace the interview and DO the job.
